ACCRA, Ghana (AP) -- Soufiane Alloudi
scored three goals in the first half Monday to
lead Morocco to a 5-1 win over Namibia in the
African Cup of Nations.
Tarik Sektioui scored with a penalty kick
for Morocco in the 39th minute after Michael
Basser was fouled, and substitute Monsef Zerka
headed in a corner in the 73rd.
Brian Brendell scored for Namibia in the
first half.
The Atlas Lions join Ghana at the top of
Group A with three points, but Morocco has a
better goal difference after the Black Stars
beat Guinea 2-1 on Sunday.
